Royal Caribbean does not disappoint. We had amazing experiences and enjoyed every port of call. We were lucky to spend time in San Juan before and after. The ship is due for some updates but is clean and well maintained.

Its very good it’s going to be better when come back of the dry docks

Royal Caribbean is the best company of cruises. The service is excellent.

I love the idea of the pizza place and coffee shop on Freedom. I also like the idea of the Hot Dog place and donut area on Allure. How about a smaller version of Johnny Rockets. Keeping with the small concept, how about developing your own concepts like, Panda Express, Chipotle, Subway, Zoe's, I think you get the idea. ,The buffet has been going down hill for the last 10 years, to much food out, food not hot, quality of food not as good.

For a first time cruiser I was impressed! I don't think I want to travel any other way. Everyone in the ship was above and beyond exceptional!!!!

This ship is dated and needs renovation. Service was slow. They delivered my luggage to the wrong room, despite all the correctly marked tags.

We did everything we wanted to and enjoyed the whole experience.

The itinerary was great. Had lots of fun and will do this again.

Loved our cruise on Freedom! Recommend Sabor for fine dining. We splurged & were members of The Key, worth it for the extra Key perks. Clean, friendly, tons to do, energized cruise director & events coordinator.

Our southern Caribbean Cruise on Freedom of the Seas was so amazing! We had such a great time exploring the different islands and spending time on our ship. The islands on this cruise were so beautiful, each island is so unique and special in their own way. Our favorite on this trip was St Lucia, spectacular views! Freedom of the Seas had so much to offer. We definitely enjoyed the yummy food, dressing up at night for dinner, the great entertainment shows, and just being able to enjoy this great ship!

Enjoyable family vacation. Freedom of the Seas is in good shape for its age, but will benefit from its upcoming referb. Speciality restaurants were very good - both service and food. Also did the chef’s table which was outstanding. The MDR was good and excellent service by the wait staff. ABC ports were just OK - Bonaire being the best in our opinion; did a beach day at Harbour Village Resort which was amazing. Ste Maarten food tour was great. Highly recommend. Keep in mind that the ship leaves out of San Juan, with a lot of locals taking this cruise, so expect Spanish to be the primary language on the ship and on some excursions.

The best family trip ever! There were 12 of us and it was a wonderful experience. Something me and my silbings and thier spouses and my husband and our 4 kids and thier significant others will never forget!!! Awesome memories made!

For my first cruise I will say it was a nice experience. The first couple days it took me a while to get used to the motion of the ship but it was smooth sailing afterwards. The food was great and the ports were amazing. Meet some new friends too and enjoyed the shows. Can’t wait to see what it will be like after the redesign in 2020!!!

The itinerary was unbeatable. Couldn’t have ask for better. Long port times. Loved it.

Rate this cruise average. Food in Wind Jammers was like a buffet at Golden Coral (therefore buy the food package).

This was an amazing cruise, but for me it was all about the ports. The ports are beautiful and you can definitely do as little or as much as you want in each port. I chose to see as much as I could and am happy I did.

This was a great cruise overall. The only thing we felt needed improvement was scheduling of the shows/games, especially the On Air Club area and Studio B. The On Air Club was always packed for game shows and needed to be in a larger space....very little seating. At one point there were people lining up for the ice show in Studio B when there was already a game going on in OnAirClub. It was packed in that area. They need a little more time in between shows/game shows. It's very hard to get to them when the masses are trying to go from one end of the ship to the other in a very short amount of time.

Great family vacation except for the prepaid issues

We were not expecting such high taxi prices and had to get more cash several times. Other than that, it was a beautiful and perfect vacation to celebrate my daughters graduation.
