Dining room food was great, the back server was a little slow, we guessed he was newer

Pools were clean and always busy as to be expected though we never had a problem finding chairs

All the shows were exceptional though we really enjoyed the smaller trivia shows and such the best

My great niece, she’s 9, loved being in the children’s area

Room steward was very personable but the room was always spotless no complaints, bar staff was great, our problem was with the staff at the service counter, my sister (we were a party of 12 with 4 rooms) is dealing with the billing issues. Though the problem was so great we may not use Royal Caribbean again if it’s not resolved.

Assing credit card to sail pass and no one should have any billing issues, when cards are assing to sail pass all purshased is paid at momemt and no need to go to service counter before leaving ship.
