This is the only thing that holds royal Caribbean back from being 5 stars. While the food is ok, it just doesn’t have that wow factor. But we survived and I would not let it stop me from going again.

Outstanding service. Except for one bad apple. The 9th floor housekeeping supervisor was terrible. (9322). However the stateroom attendant was outstanding.
