Fully agree, we started with royal for many years and then tried MSC. Terrible cruiseline, botched up our cabin we were supposed to be in, lied to us at guess services, terrible entertainment in the theatre and pool side. We never seen so many slips and falls on a cruise ship. Never so glad to get off. LOYAL TO ROYAL ALL THE WAY. Got 5 Royal cruises booked for next year.😁😁😁
