Learn how to use the medallion app before sailing. Learn the layout of the ship. Don't trust the medallion food or drink delivery service. If you really want something, get up and get it. Check your account. We got charged $10 for a drink we never ordered.

Don't plan on strolling around the promenade, and if you eat in Amalfi, remember you have to access it by going down the aft elevator/stairs from deck 7. If you try to access it on deck 6 you will be blocked by a dead end at the gallery. If you have kids, they may be bored on sea days (no waterslides etc). Other than that, be prepared for an awesome cruise!

IT dept at corporate needs to review speciality dining reservations and confirmation. Because of our experience doubt we’ll sail w Princess again. Ps we’re platinum level!

Princess did not great shore excursions and they booked up early and they did not open more spots. Book your excursions early and also look at other tour companies. Did you read this

If you like a good specialty steak restaurant , book the crown grill a few times , we went once and couldn’t get in again ( 6 ) of us . Really great food

We had dine your way and we were able to alter our dining time which was nice. One night in order to see a show we opted for dinner at 8:30 and it was so uncrowded...nice.

Go big! Go for the suite, go for the Plus or Premium package, go for the Club Class...just GO!

We've always booked a balcony room until the last two cruises where we booked a mini suite. If you can do so, book a mini suite for the extra storage. Especially if you are over packers like we are. Also, enjoy everything the ship has to offer, there are many dining options as well as bar and music options. My biggest recommendation is to explore the ship and find your place of peace and relaxation.
