Very inexperienced ,slow and poor service,low quality food in main dining and specialty restaurants,tiny balcony rooms with even tinier balconies and super small bathrooms, medallion is a joke most time it would t work and waiters would write all orders by hand.

Pool was crowded and was. Rey difficult to impossible to find chairs during sea days. People fighting constantly over it, bad and very lazy service

The piazza was beautiful, back of the theater smelled like mold,slow elevators, super small balcony cabins

Tiny balcony room with only one chair and table, no sofa to sit, bathrooms and shower tiny with hardly any counter space, no even space for toilet paper so you keep it on the counter, balcony so small so if you’re 5’9 and sitting facing water your knees are tightly against the balcony glass.
