Everything was perfect. the food all the things to do. I wish there was no smoking in the casino as that was a turn off.

Enjoyed the ports, mostly smooth sailing Weather wasn't the greatest

This is our first time in princess cruises. I was impressed. Loved the game shows and entertainment. Wish the pools were warmer so we could enjoy them.

This was the first time me and my husband going Princess cruise . We love it ! We will go Princess cruise again in the future .

Bottom line: do the hop on and hop offs to really see what interest you, and get off to visit.

This cruise was very nice especially since this was the Love Boat cruise with the cast and Air Supply was on it as well!

Great cruise with good food. Staffs are good. Only dislike was the room layout.

The ship is beautiful. Great cruise Director, Jodi, one of the best we have seen on the seas, very personable. Was nice to have a Culinary interaction with Food & Beverage Executive Chef which included a tour of the ship's galley.

I would definitely go on this cruise again. Just wish they select music for everyone, every culture. NOT JUST YMCA. UGH!!!!!

First Princess cruise and probably last. Very disappointing. Short staffed, tasteless, low quality food, took 45 minutes to get water at bars, room service was missing something from every order, no hand sanitizer and staff was not very sociable. Eight out of nine of us ended up with covid.

Overall a good cruise. Service could be better. Ship was clean. Staff was good. Housekeeping and rooms were great. Food in main dining room compared to Royal was subpar. Would sail again but may try another cruise line next time.

This was our first cruise, and it definitely 'set the standard'. In talking to many other passengers, we found that Princess has a reputation for: Beautiful ships, great food, great entertainment...yet, it's less 'chaotic' than other cruises. We found this to be true. It was exactly what we were hoping for. We did, however, find that the communication wasn't great. For example, in all our prep for the cruise, we never heard about formal nights, and we were still confused about 'included' vs. 'extra' costs at restaurants, etc. We met lots of people, and have connected with some of them--across the country--since then! The wifi was great, the drink package was great, overall, we loved it!

The Enchanted Princess had no wow factor. Was a nice ship, but nothing where you just wanted to hang out and enjoy, unlike many other ships. Some entertainers, especially the piano bar singer, were horrible. Guy would play a song, tell a story that never made sense and then giggles, just odd. Rock Opera was incredible. Again, the Medallion badge is a scam. When I tried to get this made into 20% tips, the site converniently never worked and they won't help you over the phone. They just tell you to go to the website. You fill everything out and then it won't submit. Tried multiple times over many days. Will never do another Princess cruise.

It was a nice SHIP but this might our last cruise on Princess its not better than Royal Carribean or CELEBRITY

Overall I had a wonderful experience on this cruise. My family and I were celebrating my upcoming 80th birthday and we had lots of fun and made wonderful memories.

Overall our cruise experience on Enchantment was wonderful. I would cruise on this ship again. We had a super fun time.

We will not do Princess again and will stay with Royal, Celebrity and Carnival
