First Princess cruise and probably last. Very disappointing. Short staffed, tasteless, low quality food, took 45 minutes to get water at bars, room service was missing something from every order, no hand sanitizer and staff was not very sociable. Eight out of nine of us ended up with covid.

Overall a good cruise. Service could be better. Ship was clean. Staff was good. Housekeeping and rooms were great. Food in main dining room compared to Royal was subpar. Would sail again but may try another cruise line next time.

This was our first cruise, and it definitely 'set the standard'. In talking to many other passengers, we found that Princess has a reputation for: Beautiful ships, great food, great entertainment...yet, it's less 'chaotic' than other cruises. We found this to be true. It was exactly what we were hoping for. We did, however, find that the communication wasn't great. For example, in all our prep for the cruise, we never heard about formal nights, and we were still confused about 'included' vs. 'extra' costs at restaurants, etc. We met lots of people, and have connected with some of them--across the country--since then! The wifi was great, the drink package was great, overall, we loved it!

The Enchanted Princess had no wow factor. Was a nice ship, but nothing where you just wanted to hang out and enjoy, unlike many other ships. Some entertainers, especially the piano bar singer, were horrible. Guy would play a song, tell a story that never made sense and then giggles, just odd. Rock Opera was incredible. Again, the Medallion badge is a scam. When I tried to get this made into 20% tips, the site converniently never worked and they won't help you over the phone. They just tell you to go to the website. You fill everything out and then it won't submit. Tried multiple times over many days. Will never do another Princess cruise.

It was a nice SHIP but this might our last cruise on Princess its not better than Royal Carribean or CELEBRITY

Overall I had a wonderful experience on this cruise. My family and I were celebrating my upcoming 80th birthday and we had lots of fun and made wonderful memories.

Overall our cruise experience on Enchantment was wonderful. I would cruise on this ship again. We had a super fun time.

We will not do Princess again and will stay with Royal, Celebrity and Carnival

This was a great cruise! Next time we’ll consider going in February or March, though, due to the heat and humidity!

Princess needs to step up its’ game. Most bathrooms in general areas were not working, common areas were not cleaned up in a timely manner. We feel Princess is slipping!

Princess Cruise was a great experience. We will join again to another destination.

Was very happy with BJ agent who was able to secure a great accessible balcony room across from elevator bank . No such cabin was not listed on the Princess website. Krystal Weiner went out of her way to help us by contacting a desk for travel agents at Princess. I felt fortunate that we could book immediately as it was late and not a good time to book an accessible room. Best Princess cruise ever . Good food and very nice dining room staff and steward. Only complaint, no pools with regular steps for mobility challenged guests who could not use ladders - which is not known. They have lifts but nobody around to operate the thing. Feel this Princess policy is not admirable and secreted. Saw several comments on Facebook from other displeased guests. No reflection on Travel.

I highly recommend the Enchanted and her sister ships in this class. The new Sun has a lot to live up to.

Still deciding if I would go back on a Princess Cruise, or perhaps a different line. Felt there was a lot of down time as far as the nightly entertainment was concerned. All the shows were approximately 45 minutes. They seemed to schedule a lot of events during the dinner hour. Between 6 and 7 PM. We did bid on a larger cabin and got the bid accepted to a Deluxe Balcony.

Slow, slow, slow, and full of rude old people. Bartenders were slow and rude. Food was just ok had to eat at specialty restaurant because buffet and main dining were terrible.

Food was not up to par. Same food everyday for lunch buffet Desserts had no taste Whirlpool were filthy from kids peeing in them. Pools were freezing so all the little kids were in the whirlpools. People put out towels and pool clops at 7 am and went on excursions. No one sat in those chairs for hours.

4th Princess cruise. Most likely last. The fact that Princess will not police their policy of not reserving beach chairs for over 30 minutes with not using them. People still put their towels on the chairs and many times don't come back for hours. Maybe 500 chairs for 3000 people is out of line
