A: One other thing you might do if you tried the app and can’t get it to work is to make sure the app is up to date.

A: I did notice an issue using the Android app…adding here in case this is the problem. When selecting excursions, the app will launch the default browser on the phone to navigate to the excursions page, but the excursions page fails to load. I haven... ’t tested it out, but I would assume the issue may be due the default browser on the device being the manufacturer browser (e.g Samsung browser) versus Chrome. Most websites only support the main browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Safari). It wasn’t an issue on iOS/Safari.See More

A: If you want to look at excursions on this app, then go to my cruises and when you scroll over the days of your cruise under that day it will say excursions. Just click on that.

A: There are two ways to see excursions for your Princess cruise. One is the Princess website. You can sign in to your cruise by going to section that says access your cruise without signing in; be sure you have your booking number. The second way is th... e Princess app. At the bottom middle you will see journey…click that and look for excursions….should be in a blue box. Both ways will have excursions for the ports you will visit.See More

A: To my knowledge there are no theme nights. Now that doesn’t mean they couldn’t have something in the piazza on any given night. We were on a Princess cruise and they had a New Year’s party in March! Also possible of something like that on the deck.

A: Terminal opens at 11:00am and boarding time depends how fast customs clears the ship. We sailed in May on the Caribbean Princess and we were at the terminal at just after 11:00 and it took us 8 minutes from the time we walked through the terminal doo... r to walking up the Ramp to board the ship. The ship usually leaves the dock at 4:00pm.See More

A: Unless it has changed since January 2022 Gigi’s should be open. There was no O’Malley’s or Rudi’s at that time. Actually I don’t think those are casual dining spots on the Enchanted Princess.

A: The Crown Grill is now $39 per person up from $29 per person. Can’t say anything about the Pig and Anchor because it is not on the Enchanted Princess. It’s on a totally different cruise line!

Answered by booger1xx on September 5, 2023

A: Booger, sorry that was the Salty Dog that had the price drop. Yes Crown Grill used to be $29 but went up to $39 a while back, before the recent changes with Gigis/ Alfredo’s. I read Crown Grill was going down to $35 to match Sabatinis but apparently... not. Sorry.See More

A: It’s still free if you have the Plus or Premier package. They have other perks included as well. If memory serves me the cover charge is $14.99 per person.

Answered by booger1xx on September 4, 2023

A: Yeah it’s too bad but not many people ate there. I think most people assumed it always had a fee. Luckily, other restaurants like Crown Grill and pig and anchor are now cheaper.

A: That requirement for most cruise was dropped a while back. However there are some countries that still require it. I believe all U S based cruises(begin and end in US) don’t require the vaccine. Check with your country and your cruise line; they can... tell you the requirements for your cruise.See More

A: I think the boarding experience has a lot to do with the port. Princess’ priority check in is just a separate line. Since they have so many Priority passengers it can be longer than the non-priority line. The Priority waiting area can be nice at some... ports but just a section of the terminal at others. If you arrive before boarding, you will be allowed to board earlier than regular guests. Priority boarding is nothing very special.See More

A: I was on the Enchanted last November and it was pretty good. I was on the Enchanted last February and had a lot of problems with it. I think my problem in February was due to paying for 2 devices, which was used for our phones. Then I would go to the... Internet cafe and use their computer, which would have been a third device and I think when I did that it dropped the connection on my phone. Last November I paid for 4 devices, which was the same price as 2, did the same thing using 3 devices and there was no problem.See More
