This is our first time in princess cruises. I was impressed. Loved the game shows and entertainment. Wish the pools were warmer so we could enjoy them.

Room Stewart was great. Taking care of any need. The absolute BEST we found was our evening waiter in the main dining room. He was out 3rd waiter, on day 3. He was by far better than the other 2. His name is Jolly and he was in the capri dining. He asked if there were any food allergies as soon as he welcome us at the table. The other 2 waiters did not! My husband has a shellfish allergy and Jolly was watching it for him. My husband order the salmon patty appetizer, the menu said nothing about what was in it. JOLLY did not serve it to him, because he thought it had shrimp. In the patty. It did in fact have shrimp in it! This is just one reason Jolly is outstanding! Not only did he save us from unnecessary medical attention. He was always smiling, polite, fast on the service, remember what we liked and did not like. He was above and beyond our expectations as our waiter. Can't say enough great things about him. We sat at his tables the duration of the cruise.

Loved the set up. Felt spacious. The only problem was the auto light that came on when you visited the rest room. It is a great idea, just the light is so incredible bright.

Top Tip: If you’re in a mini-suite or above ask your butler to add hot water to the pools. They will be happy to oblige.
