Review summary

First Princess cruise and probably last. Very disappointing. Short staffed, tasteless, low quality food, took 45 minutes to get water at bars, room service was missing something from every order, no hand sanitizer and staff was not very sociable. Eight out of nine of us ended up with covid.

Room steward was amazing. The rest of the personnel was not very sociable, possibly because they are short staffed. Never saw anyone cleaning public areas.

Layout was terrible and there was minimal access to the outside. Never saw anyone cleaning and it was rare to find hand sanitizer.

Basic interior cabin. It was kept clean.

Review sounds fake and exaggerated. Not sure you should be on a cruise ship since you can’t tell the truth in your review.

We sailed this ship in May and loved it. Going again in March with friends. The food quality on all cruise lines is not what it used to be but this ship has a great buffet.

I just cruised on her in may and loved it so much that I booked the love boat cruise for next month. Sorry your experience was so bad but mine was fantastic. Also booked the sun in November. Hope you find a cruise line you love. One thing I do have to agree with was the room service but we ordered on the last night right before they shut down so I have to chalk it up to that.

Questionable review at best. I've cruised twice on Enchanted Princess and did not experience anything close to this person's complaints. Timeliness on waiting for a water.....45 minutes?.....not likely. People always complaining about getting covid, so what, it's not the big news tag line that it was 4 years ago. Perhaps if you spent more time enjoying your cruuse rather than complaining about every petty issue, I'm willing to bet you would have a better cruise.

People are always quick to blame the cruise line when they get Covid. Now I maybe could see it because of the o called lack of sanitizer if you got sick with norovirus. Unless your cruise was longer than 10 days catching Covid was probably nil. Covid gestation period is 7 to 10 days before symptoms show. Who’s to say whatever you got came from the ship and not a port you visited?

We were on the same cruise. I agree with your comments! Most of us got Covid also! 3 members of our group spent 2-3 days in their cabin. The rest got sick after we returned. Definitely ruined our vacation. There was very little hand sanitizer around the ship. The food was marginal. I expected better food on a higher end cruise line. The ports were not great. We are from New England and have nicer beaches here (except for the clear warm water!)

Loved our Princess cruise . Everyone's expectations are different. As far as covid it's up to each individual to be proactive for themselves don't expect others to do it for you . I've never gotten it . Carry hand sanitizer if that's what you feel you need .

Never been our experiences on any Princess ship. Covid is a respiratory disease. Hand gel does not prevent transmission. Masks prevent transmission. Gel is helpful to prevent other diseases.
