For joycehight67.. I had website issues as well. Finally called and spoke to an agent. I had 3 different accounts because I was getting booted off and kept trying to login/change pw/reset email. All is well after the agent cleaned up my mistakes. Frequent cruiser, Princess our fav.

We have a canceled cruise credit and we 2 will be on our last Princess cruise. The last 3 years dealing with them has been difficult . Their web site is disastrous, either kicks me off line or has tech trouble while I'm searching. Have not been able to get into my account to manage reservations for over a week, trying morning noon and nite and 2-4 am. Book our last time with Princess cruise thru Delta Skymiles ar Skymilescruises.com TY for your comments.
