The design was very nice but it should have been cleaner.
On other ships you see crew constantly cleaning, here not so much and it showed.
Glass dirty, chairs have stains, some carpet had stains and towels old.

We did get an upgrade bid to balcony e608.
The room for a balcony was very small and the bathroom was the smallest we been in on any ship.

If your not that fussy about rooms, food or cleanliness, have fun
Very easy but kinda annoying on ship. We had princess tranfer to airport and was told to meet 8n theater at 715 am. We get to the theater door and told just to go outside and look for signs. Ugg, we just could of did that. Plus, no one even asked if we had the transfer we paid for, anyone could of got a ride
Sorry to hear your thoughts about Princess. We have been on 12 cruises with Princess (with 4 more booked), two with Royal, and one with NCL. We FAR prefer Princess (thus more cruises) than either of the other two. Never experienced crew members with attitude, all have been beyond wonderful! Nor have we ever experienced a ship other than being spotless with crew constantly cleaning. Guess that’s why there are so many cruise lines available. Everyone has different tastes, expectations, and opinions so I hope you find the cruise line that suits you best and Bon voyage. 🛳️
