Overall a nice vacation. There was a problem with our Princess agent Rita that didn’t follow through with what she said she would when selling us our cruise but didn’t let that interfere with our cruise. Service desk wasn’t able to resolve the issue because they were acting on what they saw on their end. The issue was with the agent who is better at selling but not fixing problems. Lesson learned. Don’t let the little things interfere with the opportunity to enjoy a cruise

Service from staff was exceptional. The one major problem was added charges that kept appearing on my account. Was almost a daily thing to go to the service desk to get them corrected. Service desk was helpful but just having to get them corrected was a little stressful
