Good itinerary. Pretty ship. Great service. OK entertainment.
Embarkation
5 out of 5
We were early and so got sat in a holding area that got quite crowded but did allow us onto the ship about 10am
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
4 out of 5
We ate at the main dining room and the buffet. Both were good. Food choices okay. Desserts were hit and miss. The Chocolate Journey ones look nice but order the creme brulee instead...although one night there was soup and no hard crack on it. Nice that there is still lobster on fancy night. Wish there were donuts at the buffet but had to make 2 stops..one at the international cafe and then up to lido for eggs and bacon.
Onboard Activities
4 out of 5
The shows were good. There was only 4 production shows in 10 evenings. The comedians were so so. The magician was good. Trivia topics were so strange that we attended none and I like trivia. Also the time (like one night at 10:30) was inconvenient. Movies Under the Stars was a total disappointment. Since the nights were so warm I looked forward to first runs on the big screen like going to a drive in. Mostly football games were shown.
Entertainment

Children's Programs
no children
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Service is always so good on any cruise. Well trained staff. The waiters were quite inquisitive like when we would order something vegetarian or ask for a reduced portion. Internet help desk was a bit inept. Did have to use customer service since received a drink billing that was not ours. They did not explain...just removed it.
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
All spic and span.
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
Not sure why this was called obstructed. Perhaps since 4 decks down I saw the top of the life boat? Balconies seem a bit smaller than others we have had. We were port side so had a shaded view on the way south and a sunny (too hot to sit out in the afternoon) spot on the return trip.
Ship tip
We had dine your way and we were able to alter our dining time which was nice. One night in order to see a show we opted for dinner at 8:30 and it was so uncrowded...nice.
There are 2 ports and we were at Havensight (?) which is close to the Pirates Museum which is interesting but overpriced. Fun walking over to look at all the rich folks' yachts.
Look for the taxi shuttle that is only $2 into the city. Saves 1 mile of walking. We did the museum which was very interesting...good history. And then walked up to the botanical gardens to see the bus (no casualties) crushed in the David Hurricane in 1979 (?) and amazing stands of bamboo.
Unfortunately the museum in the oldest hotel is closed for renovations. Walking through the Sendall one way tunnel with pedestrians and cars was scary.
Could have swam right there off the shore near the ship. Saw lots of fish in beautiful turquoise water. Small town. Walked more than a mile and never found the Terranna (?) museum that the shore excursion speaker talked about on the ship. Did stop for a very reasonably priced FRENCH beer.
I would purposely go back to this port. Dock was right in town. Walked to Rif fort and had downloaded a walking map so saw many old merchants' houses beautifully restored. Went to the maritime museum and had a pina colada as we watched the Emma pedestrian floating bridge open.
