When we hot service it was good .. 3 hour dining first 2 nights .. problem with reservations customer service never answered us or resilved it

I was on the same cruise and found the staff wasn't a very happy team and they're obviously understaffed. Hopefully you made it home healthy given all the coughing on the ship.
