Doubt my wife and I plus our 4 family members will sail Princess again. Extremely disappointed by crown speciality dining, mgmt, and guest services for cancelling our reservations after booking 3mo earlier! The room was over booked by Princess and we were shunned. Make matters worse my wife who spoke w Princess rep 3 mo earlier bc she couldn’t link 3 couples together via their site was told you’re all set! Then she finds out she’s left out. Finally one of the couples does go and sees 3 empty tables! We don’t want ur complimentary wines, fruit basket or spa treatments but our reservation. In 2 days we’ll be saying good bye for a long time!Embarkation
