Review summary

After waiting over 3 years, a couple of postponed dates, thinking we would never be able to return to our beloved cruising, I must say this cruise made it worth the wait :) The ship, the decor, our cabin, the staff, and service, the entertainment, the food, the fabulous ship's officers, the weather, the feeling of welcome, it brought tears to my eyes to say we have returned. To know we are valued customers, and knowing also the staff were as happy to have us back, as we were to be back, made it so memorable.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

The newest specialty restaurant; The Bistro is a lovely addition. Excellent ambiance, decor, service, and food.

Onboard Activities

So glad pickleball is now part of the activities! The pools are plentiful, however you need to get there early if you want a seat near the entertainment; band, movie screen.

Entertainment

The best of the shows for us was the Aretha tribute. She brought the house to our feet, and you could feel the joy in the theatre. Stage shows are some times over done from trying too hard. Would like to see true musicals like there used to be.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Princess has always offered one of the best of service on the seas. The Enchanted staff were wonderful. In every area we received friendly, hospitable, warm, service.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
The layout of the ship is like many in the Royal class. Having the International Cafe on board is a big plus for so many. The design has been done in beautiful taste, and the color scheme is lovely.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Our cabin was stunning! Loved all the room to move! The closets are abundant, the marble/granite in the bathroom made us feel at home. While the balcony was double the size in length, it was short on width. The plants on the balcony is a bit over done, and removing them would give more space for the lounge chairs, and tables.

Ship tip

Go big! Go for the suite, go for the Plus or Premium package, go for the Club Class...just GO!

Princess Cays (Cruise Line Private Island) Did not visit port

While we choose remain on the ship, we did hear the Island is more of a drink fest. We were expecting to go however our excursion was canceled so we decided to remain on the ship.

We did not have an excursion for this port so we stayed on the ship. The town was not in close proximity to the port, and we did not feel we wanted to hire cabs.

St. George's, Grenada

Very easy to walk around this port, and the town. We found many nice shops, and the town's people are friendly in helping you get around, and find things you are in search of like the Chocolate shop!

Bonaire, Netherlands Special Municipality

We took the train excursion. This was not what we expected but all in all it was an informative little trip around the town. The area looks nice from the ship docking side, however it's pretty run down on the outskirts from what we viewed while on the train.

Very easy! LOVED the customs exit. It was nice they use face recognition for the passport area. There could be a few more signs to help locate ride share pick up areas.
