This was a "goal" cruise. Loved the itinerary. The ports of call were great places to visit, I just wish I had had more time at some of them.

Enjoyed most of the ports of call. Shore excursions were fun and informative. Entertainment on this cruise was not up to “Princess par”! Food on this cruise was lacking in quality and taste.

It's a GREAT cruise, our 2nd time. Definitely my favorite cruise. The Show quality and food quality has definitely gone down hill BUT it has in the states too, Just our times, so I think they did well with what they have available. /there is room fr improvements. Our Room Steward was Great, as was our wait staff at e very table we had. Especially service we received from Michael the Head Guy at the door and Manny the Head white coat guy at our table. Our waiters and assistants were good also, but these showed ABOVE and BEYOND service at all times. Red our morning waiter and his assistant were very good too.

My biggest complaint is the lack of food options for those with food allergies. At one table at dinner, 3 of us had gluten/ lactose problems and just learned to not complain as no one listens. I can cook at home delicious food … why not professional chefs?

Tested positive after 9 days. Felt like prisoner after being moved to moved to quarantine cabin. Then dropped off at quarantine hotel. Princess only paid 5 days, I still tested positive after 5 days and had to pay hotel 569pounds to stay till cleared. Princess should have given meal card and paid hotel fully.0q1

A very pleasant transatlantic crossing. An extremely civilized way to travel and meet new people and enjoy good food, drink and entertainment

Was on the Emerald Princess in Dec21 for a Panama Canal cruise which was fun and exciting onboard. This Transatlantic everyone just seemed tired and wanted to get to England so they could finish their contracts and leave. Just a different vibe.

The ports were great. We really enjoyed the 10 day cruise.

First time on Princess and not impressed. Customer service prior to the cruise was the worst spending over 4 hours on the phone to not get an issue resolved. Once on board it took three nights to finally get in my final cabin. Food, drinks, and most entertainment was below average in my opinion. Having said that I found others that were quite satisfied but I was not alone with my opinion. Service from staff on board was excellent in all respects. Average age on this cruise was around 70 which was older than normal for me which is why they closed the entire ship down at 11pm every night. Maybe a while before I try Princess again. Will probably go back to Royal which has never let me down.

We had a wonderful vacation, a few blips but nothing to get in a tizzy about. Would love to do it again!

Overall a great cruise! Main complaint is the Medallion app.

We had a wonderful cruise with great ports and excursions and the best staff providing excellent service in all areas, bars, restaurants, and cabins. They are the ones that made this cruise so much fun.

The Cruise experience was great. The only bad thing is that the port in Costa Rica and the port in the Panama Canal did not have much to see. In Panama I strongly recommend that you take a tour of the city.

Princess cruises is now our Favorite cruise line. We felt like we were important (ROYALTY)

overall, our cruise was pleasant... we were pleased enough to put a deposit down on a future cruise with Princess. Hint for all travelers... get travel insurance!!!

We lost the port of Turks and Caicos before we embarked. We lost Cartagena after we embarked due to a medical emergency. We ended up going to Jamaica 2 times. So the shipboard part of the cruise was Good to Excellent, but the ports we actually went to were a dis appointment. The way the cruise credits were handled by princess was very poor. I asked my travel agent to get me the summary from princess months before we left but the answer was delayed for weeks and i never did get the answers that I really asked for. I returned from this cruise and we find out we have to payment of almost $6000.00 due for the Hawaii cruise i thought i had originally paid for. This was very disappointing so today I cancelled my Jan 2022 sailing to Hawaii. I still have $1,200.00 cruise credits times 2 remaining but due to the complete confusion and bad accounting on the part of Princess cruises for the cancelled cruise credits during the planning of this cruise it is very unlikely I would go through the process of booking another cruise with Princess. The process from the time of my first booking in April of 2020 having it cancelled has been a dis appointment in hindsight i should have just taken the refund at the time of initial cancellation

Choose this trip because of the Canal after having to cancel a European trip re-Covid. The one day at the Canal was Great, but the other nine days were great as well. Good to be back Cruising with good people. The stories of some of the staff were inspiring.

A wonderful cruise. I highly recommend it. It is very hot and humid at most of the ports, but on the ship (especially while it's moving) it is very comfortable.

This will be the last time I will spend so much money for this crap. Over all rate is 1 out of 5.

There were a lot of sea days but there was always something to do. Bora Bora was the highlight of the whole cruise. It is an amazing place where pictures do not do justice. It is some of the most beautiful water in the world. In spite of not being able to dock in Pago Pago and Apia it was the trip of a lifetime for us. They substituted the big island of Hawaii for those two ports. It was nice but disappointing because we had been to Hilo and Kona before.
