I loved when the elevator announced the name of the floor and the way the captain spoke about the ship. Each time when he described the ship, "The Beautiful Emerald Princess", I grew to love her more!!!

The Piazza has real good food and coffees too. Take time to enjoy the entertainment there while having a snack and or your favorite coffee.

I liked the way the captain kept us informed through-out the journey. They had plenty of elevators to service 3000 people. It was a beautiful ship but get a balcony! It was nice to sit on the balcony when it was warm.

Make sure to visit the International cafe on the Plaza deck. The pastries are good and a great place for a light lunch. The only place to get fresh brewed coffee on the ship. The coffee card if you like specialty coffees is a good deal and it gives you free brewed coffee.

Use anytime dining instead of traditional. Our waiter on traditional took over 90 minutes to serve our table and often got orders mixed up. That caused us to miss most of the shows. Anytime dining also allowed us to relax more from a long day on excursions.
