The mobile app, internet, and Plus Package amenities are exceptional. The Medallion service for cabin access and ordering is fantastic. This technology allows employees to provide personalized service. We were surprised by how they maximized service and interaction with the ship's screens. The ship's aesthetics and variety of activities were very good. Passengers should be aware of time zone changes during navigation. The cruise provides information, but it can be a bit confusing to keep track sometimes. The app is great for getting to know the cruise, activities, schedules, services, and locating family members, but it could be improved. Specifically, with the chat between family members, you have to manually check for messages as it doesn't send notifications. Reservations are deleted or transactions/credits sometimes take a while to update. On the other hand, the cruise should not shorten the pre-established schedules in some ports and should consider having trash cans in common areas. Also, they could improve on non-repetitive buffet options and louder, more varied music in the Lido. La aplicación móvil, el Internet y las amenidades del Plus Package son extraordinarias. El pasajero debe tener presente los cambios de horario por zonas de navegación. El crucero informa pero resulta un poco confuso aveces llevar un rastreo. El app es extraordinaria para conocer el crucero, las actividades, horarios, servicios y localizar familiares pero puede mejorar. Especialmente, con el chat entre familiares hay que estar pendiente de forma manual para leer los mensajes a tiempo porque no envía notificaciones. Reservas se borran o transacciones/créditos aveces se tardan en actualizarse. Por otro lado, el crucero no debería acortar los horarios pre-establecidos en algunos puertos y debería considerar tener zafacones en las áreas comunes. También, pueden mejorar en opciones de buffet no tan repetitivas y música alta y variada en el Lido.

Overall a nice experience a good way to see each port on the East Coast and to decide if you would want to fly directly to a certain area to explore fully.

We'll never book another Princess Cruise. Eight other cruise lines we've been on were way superior.

Getting on the ship was a disaster, after we were on the ship everything was great.

We are in our late 60's and a large majority of the passengers were considerably older, which is fine, but getting on and off busses and through lines took much longer. We took the stairs often as elevator waits were long. The leaves and scenery were amazing. Many ports are small and don't offer a lot of activities/restaurants/shopping other than through ship excursions. Princess Cruise Line is not a good fit for us.

Wonderful trip!! This was the first time we've done a cruise in cooler weather but thoroughly enjoyed it!! It was too cold to enjoy movies under the stars but that was a small price to pay- everything else was great! Crown Grill was particularly delicious treat!! Saguenay was a big disappointment- wish we had stayed on the ship or just walked around the port- nice people but nothing to see there

We would definitely do another Princess Cruise. We loved the Emerald Princess. All the staff were friendly and the food was amazing in the main dining room. Don’t let the age of this ship detour you from booking on her. My husband I could have stayed on the ship another week! We loved the medallions and easy access to opening the door to your room and paying. The room and bed were amazing. The activities during the day and evenings were very good. I can’t say enough how much fun we had.

All in all, glad we went. Don't expect Alaska type ports. We were caught off guard by the high age of the average passenger. This was our first with Princess and did a good job overall, we will cruise with them.

The staff and service on the ship were excellent. The entertainment was very good with some very good singers on the ship. The worst food I have ever had on a ship.

We have cruised with Princess multiple times and enjoyed them. the embarkation was horrible, standing in line for more than 2 hours. There was no breakfast option other than the buffet. There was no lunch option other than the buffet, or the poolside grill and pizza slice.

Overall, a lovely cruise. Loved the ports. Ship, food, service all up to par. Our first time cruising with Princess. Would not hesitate to cruise with them again.

Overall an ok cruise however extremely disappointed in the continued decline in the quality and quanity of the food. Also the Horizon Court is exftremely crowded and overall food quality was less than desirable.

The ports that we visited we nice. The food and entertainment were mid.

We enjoyed this cruise very much! We loved the fact that the times in port were long, allowing us to do and see a lot! We very much appreciated having the sea days in between each port day to rest up for the next port day!

We love cruising because we get very spoiled, and this trip was no exception. Beautiful ship, good food, great service, and lots of fun entertainment. The best part, though, is making friends with fellow cruisers, and we met some very nice people from some very faraway places.

We would not choose to go on this particular ship again it needed some refurbishing and there were some things that might have been dangerous such as step trims going down to the pool or Lucy because somebody to trip we notified somebody and nothing would have done. The alcohol drinks in the dining room and bars for excessively expensive from 12:00 to $15 with the wine pores being approximately 4 oz might be because they want to push you into the premier package which we do not want we are very unhappy about the alcohol infant service on this ship

This was a wonderful cruise. Everything was perfect. No complaints at all.

This was our 25th wedding anniversary cruise. Every day was very relaxing and fun. The ship was gorgeous, all of the staff was very helpful and kind. We met so many wonderful people from every direction around the USA (mostly). We bought a few pieces of Art from the gallery for our home. We are so excited to get those and hang them. Lisa (the auctioneer) was so warm and gracious. So was the rest of the staff. We are non-gamblers and - non drinkers, so we did not order packages. We had such an amazing time. thank you!

We needed a break so the 10 day length was perfect. We were so disappointed with the quality of the evening main shows! We are Christian's and did not like the demonic themes in 2 of the shows (we walked out after about 10 minutes). So much darkness in the makeup and clothing and the men were dancing in a way that bothered us. The ABBA musical and the magician Eric Buss were good and clean and enjoyable. Too bad the other shows were subpar. Did not like the cruise director, Floyd.
