Princess is trying to make up for the revenue loss of the pandemic on the backs of its passengers. Service is down, food quality is down, and the overall experience has been drastically reduced from our previous 39 cruises with Princess.

Good Cruise, The Panama Canal was the highlight, Panama City & Costa Rica were awesome as well! Always fun to sail over the Holidays

If i had not been on premier package the whole cruise would have been not so good. Tried main dinning two nights what a joke ate at pay dinning every night. That was the great part of the premier package other wise not good value . excursion were great Princess excursion were not good in my opinion . Staff were great at pay eats and wheelhouse bar. Not impressed at all a lot of money low return. Better on other lines for less.

Again we could not say how impressed we were with the staff in the Michelangelo dining room. Reservations were easily made and service was exceptional.

Love this class of ship, even when to capacity easy to manage. Keep an eye on the Medallion app. Check everyday I had drink charges that were not mine. Pictures do not download. Took advantage of as much as time permitted. Ready for the next one.

We loved going through the Panama Canal. It was a beautiful, tranquil day. One checked off the bucket list!

EMBARKATION SUCKED, WIFES MEDALLION RARELY WORKED, APP WAS INCONSISTENT AND FOOD/BAR ORDERS NEVER CAME OR WERE CANCELLED....OF COURSE I WAS CHARGED EVEN THOUGH I HAD PREMIER PACKAGE. RESERVATIONS WERE POINTLESS, LINES FOR MDR WERE ENDLESS (WITH RESERVATIONS) AND WIFE BEING COMPLETELY IGNORED ON HER B-DAY CRUISE. HONESTLY, SO MUCH MORE BUT I THINK I MADE MY POINT.

Would not ever return and do not recommend going on this ship. Maybe other princess cruises are better but it was really not great

Lot's of unfortunate things happened on this cruise. It started with a call from the Captain for an Ophthalmologist or eye doctor to advise the onboard doctor to help with a guest eye injury. Every day seemed to have a new call for Medical Team to report somewhere. Right as we were getting into Hilo, they were paging a man who later they learned went overboard. We were already four hours away when they found out so did not go back to look for him. The Maui and especially Lahaina tragedy understandably made the mood somber. So sad for all they lost.

Great cruise, a little bout of Norovirus on the second day (helped me keep my cruise weight down). The medical staff was terrific. Lucky I had a balcony (always) and aft to get a clear view of the locks in the early AM. I was released at 0830 with all being good. Joined my wife at the aft and had an adult breakfast beverage. All the food was good including the buffet, which had plenty of choices. We thoroughly enjoyed our cruise.

Sailing with Princess Cruises is an incredible wonderful experience. Everyone is so pampered it is almost unbelievable! Recommend this cruise line for everyone!

I should start by saying this is my seventh Princess cruise to Hawaii. The booking was made in January for myself and my daughters’ family. Excursions were selected and paid for in February. Found in May that Princess had cancelled our Maui excursion and had not advised us. (I suggest monthly monitoring of your booking). Called Princess and determined a refund had been issued but we would not see the Visa credit until June. Arranged with the Princess agent to rebook the family on a similar excursion. Despite a few problems that I will detail, this cruise was every bit as fun and enjoyable as the previous six. We always try to look for the bright side and create our own fun time. While on board we booked our 2024 Princess cruise through Princess Future Sales.

The first two days of the cruise were rocky from Tropical Storm Ophelia. Nothing that can be done about that. I appreciate the captain considered our safety and removed the first port of call (Newport, RI). I appreciate the kindness of the staff, but I feel bad as they all look overworked. The shortage of staff is what caused the delays in the dining room and the bars. Overall, this cruise met my expectations.

We loved our cruise and look forward to cruising with Princess again.

cruise director was excellent We enjoyed all of the onboard activities on sea days- we were very busy! our only complaint was that they couldn't keep up on dry pool towels Our biggest complaint was all the complainers on board. I wish people could appreciate the privilege of the experience and the generosity of the crew. we will definitely cruise again with and use Danielle who is very helpful and knowledeable

Great Holiday Cruise seeing Panama Canal for the first time

A wonderful cruise and many positive memories! Loved the food and the staff put together a wonderful celebration for the Jewish Sabbath and Chanukah- 5*!

This trip was not as good as the one taken in January on the same ship. I picked it because it was not Spring Break and it went to San Diego. I think I will start with the negatives first. I made reservations for the Crown Grill ahead of time. Unfortunately they said I had a package that gave me 4 meals, but they could not use it since it was not loaded yet and to give them a credit card number to make the reservations. I should see the service desk to get the refund and my 4 free meals applied to the reservation. The ship says they can not refund my card, I have to get OBC, and it would be paid out at the end. I looked at my final statement and it appears that that was not done. SIGH! The App is still a piece of garbage, I could not make dinner reservations that would stay. I called the help line and they could not do it, but after 45 minutes they used another way in to get us our time. At least this trip we did not lose our reservations. Also, the dinner menu on the app (and TV) only roughly matched the actual menu with usually a couple of things missing or different. Biggest issue is that many venues seem to still be undermanned and with a different set of people than in January. The Coffee & Cones had a hard time making a plain milk shake. First they tried to give me the coffee shake, then they made one with ICE CUBES and would not remove the ice cubes. The last one I got I walked them through the ice cream, some milk, blend it, serve it. Had issues at the juice bar and the grill that I did not have before but they were still good We had the Premium package and found that some of it is not as good as the hype says. If in port then the prize perk does not work. Even though each person is paying, the paperwork onboard says only one winning per stateroom. The daytime musical entertainment was lacking this trip, and the few performers that were on were mostly not very good. Internet was lousy, downloads in the 0.3 to 3 Mbps and sometimes with a jitter in the 300-400 msec range. Usable but a bit slow for anything that requires a lot of downloading. Now the good, food overall was good to very good, our waiters were excellent, The staff at the MDR door were very good too and they remembered us from January. Room was comfortable, I liked the bed, wife said she had a back ache. Captain was very vocal and kept us informed and gave out some tidbits about what he talked about. Embarking and disembarking went smoothly (but then we are elite). Weather was not very good, foggy and cold with some wave action. Due to the *^&$#*@! app and the lobster cut back, I think I will be looking for other lines for year or two (like Celebrity) unless a deal I can not turn down pops up.

The cruise was excellent. Staff, facilities, all top notch. The food was the best we've had on any cruise. The cuisine was varied, and each item was very good, including the buffet where typically, the food starts tasting the same. A truly enjoyable cruise from beginning to end.
