This was our first cruise ever. Absolutely loved everything about the Emerald Princess and it’s Captain and crew. Simply wonderful in every way. The variety of food was incredible.

Food variety was incredible. So tasty in every way.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
Enjoyed the pool areas, while enjoying a meal, ice cream, and movie nights.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
The entertainment was fun and the performers were outstanding.

Children's Programs

N/A for us, but the children’s facilities looked awesome to keep them busy.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
The Emerald Princesses staff were very courteous, professional, joyful, and always willing to serve all the passengers.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
The ship common areas were ALWAYS clean, tidy, and very well maintained. Interior and exterior. Simply said, “The Emerald Princess is a beautiful ship!”

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
RCI travel agent suggested we book a ocean view cabin. The cabin was very spacious for 2 people, very comfortable, very clean, and maintained perfectly by the cabin Stewart “Manual”. Plenty of closet and storage room for 2 people. The bathroom was always clean with fresh towels etc. Ocean view viewing the life boats was just fine.

Ship tip

Enjoy the experience and have a wonderful trip!

Puerto Vallarta, Mexico

Had fun at the Tequila tasting location, visited the tile shop, walked downtown. Abit to busy for our liking.

Huatulco, Mexico

Loved this location. Quiet and a beautiful secluded area.

Puntarenas, Costa Rica

All the homes and businesses are secured with Constantine wire and bars. We did the Starbucks coffee plantation tour which was very informative and interesting. Enjoyed the tour. Stopped at a restaurant where we were fed a wonderful large meal that most did not finish.

Panama Canal Transit

5 out of 5
Very interesting, informative tour thru the locks by a fellow on the bridge talking over the ships PA system.

Cartagena, Colombia Did not visit port

We did book before the cruise. However there was internet cruise warnings to Travelers to have caution at this location. So we canceled.

George Town, Grand Cayman Did not visit port

Water was to rough to disembark. Safety hazard and the port would not let the passengers come ashore.

Ft. Lauderdale (Port Everglades), Florida

5 out of 5
Beautiful area! Best seafood restaurant ever! The “Rustic Inn” was a 15 minute walk from the Marriot Residence Inn.

Disembarkation

Busy, but just fine for that many people unloading. Sinage for taxi’s and rides could have been a lot better.
