Food was excellent- especially at the buffet - Buffett service and staff were the best. The service was great at Botticelli and horrible at Michelangelo

Fitness Center is great. Lots of new equipment- I usually go everyday for 2 hours! If you are looking for instruction- the staff was rarely seen unless they had scheduled classes

Kory Simon - the greatest piano player entertainer “rocked” this ship. He plays in Schooner’s lounge from 9pm - 12 - You rarely can get a seat ! One night he played in the theatre as a solo act. Packed! And the played in the last night revue!

My room steward was 100% wonderful - Rodelio. - Also Woody and JP in Botticelli and Manuel, Johanne, Klaussen,Giovanni, Christsa in the buffet Guest services and shore bookings were great!

Tacky furnishings. Lampshades peeling, definitely not enough plugs - hairdryer on wall broken so they put in a portable one! Rug stained. - the Worse toilet paper I ever saw on a Princess Ship. Loved the TV and my steward - made sure everything was good!
Ship tip
There are no more free saunas and steam rooms on 16 and the spa has three small separate steam rooms - no sauna and no whirlpool and very expensive for the whole sailing.- but overall it’s a wonderful ship - wonderful staff and excellent food. Casino wasn’t busy - and bar service in casino wasn’t great - no Churchills - just Speakeasy!!
