Would not ever return and do not recommend going on this ship. Maybe other princess cruises are better but it was really not great

Missed our excursion because it took over 2 hours to get off the ship even though we were in line for our ticket an hour and a half before.

It’s weird that you seem bitterly disappointed and advise against sailing in Emerald but overall you give it a 4 out of 5.

We sailed on Emerald twice before Covid and had an amazing cruise! Sorry you didn't enjoy yours.

Sorry you were disappointed. We sailed Emerald in April 18 day Panama Canal cruise. It was fabulous. We had wonderful service etc. One of our best. Too bad things changed so drastically!!! Hmmm
