Did you get to remove them reinstall the medallion app? This worked for me when I was putting in the information before or cruise. Had some minor issues with the medallion and the door to the stateroom but over all it worked fairly well. Yes, there are still a few kinks but I'm sure those bugs will get worked out.

During our 16 day trip in December the app was not working half the time for various things, including several times not working as we stood at the door of the MDR.
