Overall pretty smooth, but confusion on which deck to go to when we first boarded while waiting for cabin to be ready. We were not kept updated on when cabins were ready.

Restaurants were excellent, we were in a suite so had fantastic service in club dining.We ate in one of the main dining rooms one night, service was not as stellar. Buffet was limited but good.

Singing/dancing productions were marvelous. Comedians were excellent. Magicians not so good. Violinist duo who played in Piazza were amazing. Never thought I would go everyday to listen!

Cabin was expansive, kept meticulous by Jeffrey. Balcony was large, private. We were just under Lido deck so occasional noise from pool…
Did a excursion with tour of fort, old city. Guide was excellent. Street vendors were aggressive, did not take no for answer. Because we could not stop at Cayman Islands as planned, had 2 days in Cartagena. Not really enough for 2 days. There is a delightful aviary at end of port that was very enjoyable.
Beautiful, excursion included ‘nature hike’, short hike through a park, saw sloths, guide was very informative about wildlife, also cruise on ferry on canal with more wildlife sitings.
Did not do an excursion, visited shops in port village, lots of souvenir shops as well as higher end jewelry. Snack shacks were very tasty. Everyone was very friendly and happy to have us there.
Smooth getting off and finding luggage, customs was nothing getting through. Unfortunately we were directed to a bus going to Ft Lauderdale airport instead of Miami as we told them when approaching busses. No signs on busses… Fortunately we discovered this before leaving the port & got to the correct bus
