Review summary
We lost the port of Turks and Caicos before we embarked. We lost Cartagena after we embarked due to a medical emergency. We ended up going to Jamaica 2 times. So the shipboard part of the cruise was Good to Excellent, but the ports we actually went to were a dis appointment. The way the cruise credits were handled by princess was very poor. I asked my travel agent to get me the summary from princess months before we left but the answer was delayed for weeks and i never did get the answers that I really asked for. I returned from this cruise and we find out we have to payment of almost $6000.00 due for the Hawaii cruise i thought i had originally paid for. This was very disappointing so today I cancelled my Jan 2022 sailing to Hawaii. I still have $1,200.00 cruise credits times 2 remaining but due to the complete confusion and bad accounting on the part of Princess cruises for the cancelled cruise credits during the planning of this cruise it is very unlikely I would go through the process of booking another cruise with Princess. The process from the time of my first booking in April of 2020 having it cancelled has been a dis appointment in hindsight i should have just taken the refund at the time of initial cancellationEmbarkation
