This will be the last time I will spend so much money for this crap. Over all rate is 1 out of 5.

There were a lot of sea days but there was always something to do. Bora Bora was the highlight of the whole cruise. It is an amazing place where pictures do not do justice. It is some of the most beautiful water in the world. In spite of not being able to dock in Pago Pago and Apia it was the trip of a lifetime for us. They substituted the big island of Hawaii for those two ports. It was nice but disappointing because we had been to Hilo and Kona before.

We had an excellent and unforgettable experience with Emerald Princess, our second time with Princess. We appreciate all the efforts that you made to ensure every one received satisfactory service. We hope that the virus will go away soon and Princess will continue its sailing across the world safely.

The cruise was good.The new Panama canal is a marvel with upgraded locks and systems. Hultalco, Mexico is a new port stop and really has little to offer in the way of sights. They have many beaches but they are just beaches, no amenities of any kind. We encountered some rough weather for two days of the cruise which limited activities.

First time sailing on Princess. Was okay but probably won't be doing them again.

Overall enjoyed it very much. Very relaxing all the off shore tours with the guides were very knowledgeable.

Grat view of canal - excellent staff - try to get free internet.

Princess ordered 4 ships and is cutting costs to the core to pay for them

A true disappointment - very poor food. We did an excursion in every port - disembarking to the busses terribly disorganized, very poor value on the actual excursion. The housekeeping staff was excellent. The restaurant staff ran from excellent to incompetent. The internet was nonexistent - they actually refunded 1/2 of what everyone paid. They should have refunded all of the charges. I won't rule out Princess but I have kept the name of the Captain, the Executive Chef and the Food & Beverage Director and will not sail on a Princess ship that employees them.

Met a lot of nice people from all over the world. Even though food was not up to Princess par we still enjoyed our visit to other nations.

We thoroughly enjoyed the cruise and totally exhausted ourselves with al the touring. Emerald Princess is an old, small (but clean) ship. Good for a "no frills" cruise.

We were a group of 3 couples and overall we had a good time. Ports of call were great but the ship is dated. Food was okay.

The only complaint we had about this ship is that there wasn't anyplace to sit and read quietly, without music blaring. We finally found one place, the Adagio Bar, that was comfortable and quiet.

The ship itself is a good one. It just needs some overall improvement in many areas. I would suggest trying another company for a cruise to compare if you have done Princess before.

Overall a great trip. The service and the food quality has been lowered from what I expect from a Princess Cruise.

Nice and smiling crews. but many rude passengers I have never encountered in other cruise ships. Hope they offer low salt menu option.

The dinners were outstanding but the LIDO deck for the buffets can be improved with the quality of meats and variety. No soft drinks available like celebrity offers, very dissatisfied. Breakfast drinks only offer orange juice. Celebrity offers orange, apple and cranberry juices. Coffee wasn't too bad. No labeling of what was half and half and other milks.

My wife and I would not go on Princess Emerald again. It was geared to an older demographic in my opinion. If I am going to spend money on a cruise I want a new, ultra large ship with lots of activities to do and Internet thats decent when I am bored in my cabin.
