The staff were well trained, knew what they did, polite and nice. Our room steward Aki was diligent and responsible. The Waitress Edith VPlcapoma left a deep impression on us due to her professional service and pleasant personality. We liked Aeron, the directer of entertainment. We wish him a prosperous career and a happy life.

Although the ship is 13 years old, it is still a good model of the cruise ship design. It is practical. The common areas were clean and well maintained.

we rate every item excellent, including our cabin. it is small but neat and fit to purpose.
Ship tip
We were sorry that we did not get the shuttle bus service from the port to the airport in Los Angels. We regitsted to the service early enough and were not sure why we were not in the list. Something must have been wrong in the service process.
The port is good. yes, we did an excursion and visited the Pearl Harbour museum, it is an excellent museum. This museum together with the WWII museum in New Orleans provide historical facts for generations to come. One day visit for Honolulu or Oahu seems not sufficient.
It is a port that has to use shuttle boats. We appreciate the efforts made. but the waiting time in the line back to the ship was too long, 100 minutes for us. Is there a better way to organize this? Yes, we did an excursion. It is a beautiful island. Of the four islands we visited, we like Maui best!
Bora Bora did not fail our expectation that it is the most beautiful island on the planet. Thank God for such a beautiful natural place, and thank the Americal people for the good job done to maintain its natural beauty.
Pretty well organized except that our luggage were place in the incorrect room, and it took us some time to finally find our suitcases. This should not have happened.
