The ports are not ideal for a cruise because they don't have much to see . The shore excursions were poor specially the one in Bonaire that should be eliminated .

I enjoyed being pampered and site seeing. Took some nice photos, ate some great food, made a chocolate bar

We really liked this cruise. I think it was because of the interaction of the staff, from the Capt on down. We have been on much larger ships but this one was perfect. My only negative comment is that I wish Royal Carib and Celebrity shared one reward program. They are one, so why not?

We booked this cruise as our Anniversary Cruise and we were not disappointed. We were lucky enough to have 2 other couples sail with us and everyone had a great time!

Ultimately we had a great time on the Celebrity Reflection. It was our first cruise with Celebrity and will definitely cruise with them more in the future. The embarkation, staff and ship were great. Our biggest disappointment was the Main Dining room and charges for specialty dining.

Not the "premium" kind of experience...maybe the Edge class is the only real "premium" cruise with Celebrity

Terrible experience with guest services who were not sympathetic to the many issues we brought to their attention, particularly the incessant noise in the cabin. Relocation options were the same or worst. If you go, avoid cabin 1073 at all costs!

This was our third Celebrity cruise, and 30th cruise (we have cruised with eight other cruise lines). Celebrity's food quality has slipped on each cruise. The best food was in the buffet. The staff was very disorganized! Service took a long time, dishes were left on tables. When you did interact with them, they were rushed and did not treat you like a valued customer. I spoke with some of them and they said they had enough staff, so it must be the management.

Evidently the crowds are present all the way through October. Unfortunately, the cruise lines don't visit in November when the crowds dissipate. When visiting this region we would probably choose to go off season so we would not have the extreme crowding which would mean a land tour. However, it did give us and overview of the area and where we would like to return. Rome is interesting. I would call it the NYC of Europe so very crowded.

Great cruise & beautiful ports. We would definitely recommend to friends and would consider doing the same cruise again. We booked this cruise for the ports, but were happily surprised with how much we enjoyed the ship and staff. Celebrity is a great cruise line to travel with.

A cruise is great way to go because you are settled in for the 9 days. No packing and unpacking. The lack of food from the areas is a huge disappointment and will probably not cruise again because of this. The excursions were not what we paid to see. Lots of time just driving. Be careful when scheduling. They need to offer more varied times and just a general overview of the highlights of the area.

Perfect way to see the French and Italian Rivera. So much beauty and history at each port. Can’t wait to do it again!

We enjoyed our cruise because we got to visit many ports and the price was competitive however the ship itself leaves much to be desired. There is nothing spectacular about Celebrity Reflection (more like 3 star not 5 star) that differentiates it from other lines such as Carnival, Holland, Princess. The ship interior especially the rooms look a bit dingy and need a deep clean. We would not book this ship again and consider a different line for our next cruise.

This was a 25th anniversary cruise and the ports were amazing, ship always arrived on time, all staff onboard were happy and welcoming, eager to make your experience memorable. Main dining food was disappointing compared to what I’m used to onboard other ships. Too many repetitive entrees. However, the overall experience being on the ship was fabulous. Great people met, delicious cocktails and wine and relaxing atmosphere.

The cruise was great, my problem was with American Airlines Cruise. Their 24/7 phone does not work for more than 4 consecutive days and when they answer, I trying to make a change to my reservation, and they notified that I was too late to do any change. If they answer the phone when I begin calling i was on time.

This cruise makes me want to go back. I have nothing else to add.

Overall great trip! If we were to do it again we would not travel in July or August. It was over 100 degrees out last 3 days

Our cruise was as much and more as we had expected. The service was amazing everywhere on the ship. We only wish we had more time at the ports of call as a significant chunk of time on most of the excursions was traveling back and forth.

Amazing vacation! The ship is wonderdul and the staff makes you feel like family. A great way to explore multiple European cities, without the hassle of moving hotels and spending time in a car or bus.
