Review summary

Terrible experience with guest services who were not sympathetic to the many issues we brought to their attention, particularly the incessant noise in the cabin. Relocation options were the same or worst. If you go, avoid cabin 1073 at all costs!

We used the MoveUp feature and upgraded to cabin 1073, Concierge Class. Worst decision ever. Cabin was so noisy from something loose just above the ceiling that would wake us up with banging and knocking sounds.
