Ultimately we had a great time on the Celebrity Reflection. It was our first cruise with Celebrity and will definitely cruise with them more in the future. The embarkation, staff and ship were great. Our biggest disappointment was the Main Dining room and charges for specialty dining.

We had a wonderful experience on this cruise. The ship was lovely and very clean. The staff was exceptional. The food was good and plentiful. The entertainment was not as good as I have seen on a different cruise line though some nights were quite good. Overall, it was excellent.

This is the best run cruiseline I have ever been on! Staff was amazing! Variety of entertainment for all. Food was good. Guests were fun!! I need to specifically mention that I have been on 20+ cruises with different cruiselines, now that drink packages have become common to purchase on cruises, the ships seem to be "understaffed" in this area and typically it has been difficult to easily get a drink and very frustrating. BUT not on the Reflection! We were very impressed at the availablilty of getting a beverage all around the ship!All the bars indoors and especially the pool area had rolling carts, pop up bar, permanent bars and plenty of bar staff walking around taking orders. Great job! Overall we felt genuinely welcome on this vacation! While on board we booked another Celebrity cruise for next year! Keep up the good work Celebrity!!!

We've been cruising a long time and have been on well over 30. We all agreed that this was one of the best if not the absolute best cruise we've ever taken. It wasn't the biggest or fanciest ship we've been on, but the excellent crew, entertainers and superb cruise director David, made thus a memorable experience....

We had an extended balcony with friends surrounding is so we were able to open up 4 balconies together. We really enjoyed eating at Murano and Tuscan. Service and food was fantastic! Ports of call were beautiful!

Our first cruise but definitely not our last! The next one will be on Celebrity also! They made everything easy for two people in their seventies on their first cruise. Wonderful!

The ship is beautiful, a close copy of the Equinox with a few differences. The included food is average and the specialty dining is expensive. The premium internet worked fairly well to keep in touch through whatsapp. Concierge class benefits seemed to have been reduced as there was no special helipad sailaway and the behind the scenes tour was $125 per person when I recall it being a concierge perk on a previous cruise. I will sail celebrity again and I hope they can restore the previous level of concierge class that I had come to expect.

Great cruise and the Reflection is very beautiful.

Nice cruise if you just want to relax, read, nap. Not a ton to do on this ship. Great bar staff. Nice ports of call.

We loved it. The music and entertainment was great, as were Tuscan and Murano specialty restaurants

This was a excellent cruise. The staff were excellent. Our waiter Anthony was super attentive and took time to chat with us. The activity staff under Giueseppe were super.

This was a 25th anniversary cruise and the ports were amazing, ship always arrived on time, all staff onboard were happy and welcoming, eager to make your experience memorable. Main dining food was disappointing compared to what I’m used to onboard other ships. Too many repetitive entrees. However, the overall experience being on the ship was fabulous. Great people met, delicious cocktails and wine and relaxing atmosphere.

Overall, in line with other Celebrity cruise experiences. Ship was as expected. Service was above average. Ship was clean, although not at the level it was during post Covid. Plan to cruise again on Celebrity in 2024.

We love cruising with Celebrity, it is 100% the best way to vacation! We can’t wait for our next - 19 days to go.

Overall another amazing cruise on Celebrity Cruises! So good in fact that I booked two Celebrity cruises for 2025.

We loved the customer service! 5 Star. Bimini was just OK for a stop. Cozumel has some good tequila. The entertainment was very good on the ship. We will go again and again on Celebrity!
