enjoyable time; great experience for food. Stay on board in Martinique -- there is nothing to do there
Embarkation
3 out of 5
Chaotic. Slow. Disorganized. We selected a noon embark time as requested and repeated multiple times by celebrity. We were told not to be early. We showed up at 11:50 and there was absolutely no order, no place to go to embark at assigned embark time and utter chaos and over crowding. The staff said it did not matter what time you were assigned; there were no assigned times. it took about 90 minutes to get through the mess, in a crowded, indoor, unmasked environment. Truly unacceptable
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
4 out of 5
Blu was great as always, with Ian, Ahyman (waiters); and Shivsa (wine steward). Martinin Bar was inaccessible with excessive crowding and slow service. World Class was good, but I'd like to see come more innovation in the cocktail selection. it is pretty stale for regular cruisers like us.Buffet was good, though there, too, more variety would be great instead of same items day after day. Spa cafe often ran out of food and I miss the spice in the spicy noodles. nevertheless, these are areas to improve, but still a good experience. I dont think, however, that the food is a good was it used to be, but I find that to be the case on all cruise lines who seem more interested in building bigger ships that in maintaining the lure originally provided by the lines
Onboard Activities

Peloton bikes were out of service. They need to explain the fitness pass for aqua cruisers
Entertainment
3 out of 5
The music was a bit slow at times and a bit screechy at times. There were a couple of artists who made me feel I was in a cheesy hotel in the middle of nowhere, with a bunch of old people
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Service is always top notch with and excellent crew, especially Renee (stewards) and Blu Staff (including Anush) mentioned above
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
I love this ship, but it is screaming for a refresh, like the Equinox has received. I wanted to book another future cruise on the Eclipse, which was run down in 2020 when I last sailed it, but declined to do so becasue I dont want to pay top dollar for a run down shop. Rather than build 5 "Edge Class ships", I'd encourage Celebrity to take care of what they have.
Cabin / Stateroom

Good room. Have been on this ship now a total of 55cnights over the years. Our steward, Renee, was awesome
Ship tip
Be prepared to not have access to the martini bar when you want to go. its overwhelmed. Enjoy the food andd service which is top notch.
