Vishal was friendly and paid attention to details. All the other waiters were really great. Our room stewards were fine, just didn't see them much, which was OK. John in Michael's lounge was very attentive and friendly.

Layout was great. Crowd control was great. For as many people that were on the ship, I never felt like I had to wait for anything.

Everything was very easy and organized. We were not thrilled about going to the airport on a shuttle bus, but overall, it turned out to be easy and the best option for us.
