Review summary

Not the "premium" kind of experience...maybe the Edge class is the only real "premium" cruise with Celebrity

Embarkation

5 out of 5
smooth, quick and well organized

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Ship showing signs of wear and tear. Maintenance is mediocre.

Onboard Activities

2 out of 5
Very limited or poor selection of activities even on sea days. The cruise director is pretty much absent except to give a 2 minute cheer leading speech before the evening shows

Entertainment

3 out of 5
The same group of performers doing different shows every evening. Some shows were really good and others not so good. There was just one comedian. No magicians no variety.

Service and Staff

1 out of 5
All good staff members have been swooped for the Edge class of ships. Celebrity and Royal Caribbean got rid of all their employees during Covid unlike the competition and they are now struggling with hiring back good crew members. New untrained staff all over including a very racist asst Maitre d named Alan in the main dining room. Only white people can enter with shorts. All others need pants and shirts.

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
Maintenance is lacking. Ship shows signs of wear and tear

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5

Ports of call

Nassau, Bahamas

1 out of 5
Nassau is the most boring Caribbean port

Falmouth, Jamaica

5 out of 5

George Town, Grand Cayman

4 out of 5
Great port but very little time between tenders and schedule

Cozumel, Mexico

3 out of 5

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
smooth
