Keep your daily newsletter with you. The announcements were made by some heavily accented voices and you'll need to refer back to it to see what they just said.

I would book any excursions through the ship, because they were not very helpful when they learned we did not book thru them. Specialty restaurant was not worth the additional fee. Booking thru United cruises went very well and the staff was very helpful and we would book thru them in the future.

Disembarking was horrible! If you have a mid day to early afternoon flight, make sure you know exactly what you are dealing with when exiting... it will lower your stress level. It took us over an hour and there were only three desks with 3 people mangaging over 2000 people disembarking.

This was our first inside cabin. We only had 2 days at sea, which worked out well for the price as a balcony was 4 times as much on this cruise.

The specialty dinning was very good. We took advantage of special rates and did not get the packages.

Always get select dining so we can eat whenever we want. Gratuities have to be paid anyway so why not up front to get them out of the way. No problem with seating. They often seated us at a table for 2 but very close to the next table so had some nice conversations with fellow travelers.
