Overall the cruise met expectations and in maybe one case exceeded them.

Review summary
I booked this cruise last minute... to say the least what was excellent was the service I received from representatives. They were fabulous. The cruise was nice for the most part. The ship was a little weathered, rooms could use a bit more cleanliness and updating, we had a balcony room and the views were spectacular. We had the concierge package which gave us priority dining which simply meant we could go to dinner when we wanted in the main dining room, but it really amounted to getting a pager and waiting 40 min. to an hour, but when managed right it made an ok reason to plan a cocktail hour and taking in a lounge or two on the ship. The staff was courteous in pockets, rough in some others and excellent in the aft deck outdoor lounge. Just an opinion but often times they made it seem as if they were doing you a favor. We are fairly thick skinned so this sort of thing did not get to me, but I saw that it really rubbed others the wrong way...We had one terrible dinning experience, but we were with a lot of kids with no to low expectations so thankfully that did not recognize the continued blunders. The stops were fine, not a raving fan of either but certainly ok places to get off the boat and see 1 or 2 interesting things... Cozumel just has to tone done the tourist hounding... you really have to avoid the vendors and keep one hand (or both) on your wallet. Key west, some ok history there and you can show your kids how many people in this world can serve as a bad example... so for people watching acting foolishly, this place is perfect!
Overall good value for the money, great vistas from the ship, shows were mediocre at best, but tollerable... food excellent in some cases, just ok in others... probably a 7 on a scale of 1-10.

Ship tip
Disembarking was horrible! If you have a mid day to early afternoon flight, make sure you know exactly what you are dealing with when exiting... it will lower your stress level. It took us over an hour and there were only three desks with 3 people mangaging over 2000 people disembarking.
