THE SHIP IS BEAUTIFUL, THE SWIMMING POOL IS TOO SMALL, THEY NEED TO IMPROVE ON THE INTERTAINMENT ALSO INCLUDE SOMETHING FOR SINGELS.

I loved this 8 day cruise and can’t wait to try a longer one. I will be scheduling a 10 or 12 day cruise next. This was my 5th cruise and I think I’m becoming a cruise-aholic 😂

After cruising over 25 times this has been the worst ship for food, service and overall class. There is a complete lack of intimacy and there are now so many upcharges that one feels like they cannot have the full experience. There is absolutely nothing about this ship that is “Italian-style”. In fact, as an Italian, I am even insulted that they would try to market this in such a fashion. Simple things like tablecloths in the dining room and robes in the cabin are gone. Instead they have been replaced with menu upcharges and drug-sniffing dogs. Ultimately, if you are looking for a cruise experience of long ago, stay far away from this ship.

Did not know what to expect as a first timer. I was pleasantly surprised. My only complaint is that the food could have been a little hotter at some times during our dinners. Other than that we had a great time and we got value for what we paid. Thumb up.

Overall this was a great cruise was amazing. We had a great time and left with some great memories. The ship was gorgeous, but had some flaws. The islands were amazing!! This was my first Carnival cruise and I liked the entertainment a lot more than the other cruise line I usually cruise. Definitely planning on another cruise through Carnival in the future.

The staff on the ship were very nice , I had great time by myself

It was okay. On onboard costs for 4 ppl ended up being more than the cost of the cruise for one person. The spaces are tight, elevators are slow in coming, the cruise director is a hoot and has great energy, and the staff does their best to ensure it's a great experience. But lines are long, spaces are small, it doesn't seem like you get the most bang for your buck!

This was the first time we had cruise with Carnival, the food was not as good as I expected, and so as the drink, we felt sort of disappointed. The air conditioning was bad in our room, not cool at all. The staff and service people was good, except the lady at “inch of gold”, I didn’t like her attitude, I felt like I was treated differently, very disappointed.

We had a very nice time. The ports were nice. The ship is beautiful. It would have been nice to have more singing in the dining room. We couldn't see it because of where we were seated.

Our first "cruise": surpassed our expectations. Ship was immaculate and well maintained. This was our first Carnival cruise and while I talked to many on the ship who were avid sailors on other Carnival Cruise Lines, I would not sail the Venezia again (and they would not either). I was told on many occasions not to judge Carnival based on that cruise so I hope that if I ever sail again with them I have a much better experience. Two of the things I enjoyed most about this ship was the activities and the Captain's Table.

This was a special family cruise with multiple age groups. (age 5-74) There was something for everyone.

If this were my first cruise, I would never cruise again. Overbooked ship, too many people, security guards wandering the boat with drug sniffing dogs, fights, arguments, etc. Very disappointed that kept a portion of my refund when my child couldn’t join me on this trip. Next time, I would book directly with the cruise. They would have refunded me the portion that kept.

So couple of suggestions. I know Everyone’s in this to make money but too many people makes things difficult to enjoy. It makes it hard to get the full experience. Also, on early excursion days breakfast really should be earlier jst like debarkation day. We had to disembark 2 times with no breakfast. Over all we had a great time I’d rate this cruise 7/10. I will Def cruise again. This was my first time

We had 4 balcony cabins booked and were very disappointed with the overall service and facility areas, i.e. pools, hot tubs, loungers, and buffet. We made the best of what it was.

Ups & downs for this cruise, but we won’t be booking NY or this ship again. But the food was really good

Never again! I want to be able to relax and enjoy. There was nothing relaxing about constantly being hungry and tired.

the cruise overall was okay but was disappointed 1. Didn't receive sodas i ordered to my room. only served pork products for breakfast, not a variety to choose from should not have to request turkey or chicken breakfast products.

My cruise was very relaxing and enjoyable. I will be cruising with Carnival again!!
