Our first "cruise": surpassed our expectations. Ship was immaculate and well maintained. Activities were well organized and on time Needed extra service people on the "Guest Services" desk: long wait time Unable to access cash at the ATM's: not functioning: could not leave a personal "gratuity" for our cabin service personnel Signed up for internet services, but found that only one device could be used at a time: not disclosed

On the website it says "only one device can be used at a time". When you purchase it, you select the person using the wifi.

I know NCL does rge the same with the Internet.They give you 150 minutes but it is only good for one phone at a time.Always log out when you are done

Thanks for the review. Is this your first cruise or are you comparing the bad food to some other cruise food you liked? We know some people will hate the best of food and some will like the worst so it’s only helpful if you give details or comparisons so we know where you are coming from.

Thanks for the even handed review. Just so you know most cruise line internet service is similar, each person needs their own login credentials to be able to use a device. But unless needed for work or family check-ins there is no absolute need to get internet or app access on the ship. The cruise line's app for schedules and menu is free on the internal system, and most ports have free wifi access areas or you can get vacation add-onto your current contract for normal phone use.
