- Make sure you ask for “fresh scrambled eggs” at the MDR breakfast or seaday brunch when ordering scrambled eggs or the port day breakfast. That way you get real eggs instead of the powdered stuff.

Too many pieces of nude art works.

Sunrise Garden at the front of the ship is a quiet "get away"
CaptainMorgan
Have coffee or breakfest in your room. Service is great and its just plain fun

This ship needs a lot of repair, Won't sail it again until it's completed.

Brunch served in the main dining hall was wonderful

Do not be shy in using room service.....they are punctual and service with a smile. Take advantage of the sea day brunch in the Normandie and don't miss the formal dining nights.
Melimmy
Make sure you get some of the white pizza is is great.
Nater2210
Only eat at the Normandy for breakfast and diner. Don't order room service unless you are ordering cereal
Nomorecruise
Stay off of it

went to the steakhouse coast extra but was worth it
Nancymaury
Get a wrap around balcony aft and enjoy the sun all day. Have breakfast from room service.
Knees
I would definitely book one night in the Steakhouse ( we did it on a formal night since you had to dress up any way). There is usually a long line for the pizza and burgers so get there early.

From MeetOnCruise iPhone App: See the queen Mary while you are there

From MeetOnCruise iPhone App: Have not sailed out of here but spend much time here on business. Hotels are very expensive. If you are going to be here a few days it is worth it to rent a car and stay out of town

opening balconies between adjoining rooms makes nice place to sit and visit. need to have more cruises where single people are not charged more.

Eat the brunch in the dining room as the food is excellent!! The buffet breakfast leans heavily on bacon swimming in grease and sliced hot dogs masquerading as pork sausage. Also - unless they improve, do not expect a Christmas experience on this ship.
pgiroma
Be wary of anytime dining, as we saw people waiting to be seated on the upper DR level, while the set dining was only 75% or less occupied.

Buffets on Lido deck always a zoo-like feeding frenzy, though you can carry your tray all the way aft to the adults only area to get a bit of peace when you eat. David's is a great retreat from the hubbub at dinner. Spend as little time as possible in the dark, dreary, boraxy common areas.
