I was on about 14 cruise s the experience in the main dinining room was the worst ever seems to be under staffed we complained no one seemed to care. Also in our room the soap dish in the shower room fell of hurt my toe medical staff were great and took care of it and followed up soap wasn't fixed by the time the cruise was over.

Enjoyed the cruise even though we ended up sick. Room was nice size, bed was great. Food was delicious. A better variety of movies for people who end up staying in room more than they would like. Shows are always great.

Very angry at Carnival that they would not reimburse us for parking fees (prepaid) due to everyone boarding late. Also should have offered a credit for loss of first day

Overall I enjoyed it a lot! I met some very lovely people and enjoyed watching us sail across the ocean and being rocked to sleep.

Overall, we great experiences on this cruise! Pros: friendly staff, clean ship, drink package was great, easy to get a chair by the pool, lots of fun ports Cons: food options were more limited than in the past

My wife and I booked this cruise for our anniversary and thoroughly enjoyed the trip. We plan to book another cruise soon.

It was everything and more we envisioned for our family vacation! It was a first for the kids and they had so much fun! Thank you for the fun atmosphere and great service and food! We have kids from 5-23 and there was something for everyone!

Was a great cruise. Everyone had a great time and want to go again. Not sure what is going on with the money we won (or lost) at the Casino.

Pool water was cold. pay for even a bottle of water. the quality of the food was very poor, the entertainment was subpar. Magic act, was horrible, not funny and not entertaining at all. Our room porter was absent all trip, we might see him 2 out 10 days, and only to say good morning. I'm sure he is a very nice person, but he is not in the correct job. you need someone that would go out of the way to make us comfortable, talk to us, make extra effort to make us feel at home. maybe he was new.

We chose this cruise because of the destinations. All of the port visits were wonderful. I don’t think I will cruise with Carnival again.

This is a VERY active itinerary with only 2 sea days at the beginning of the cruise. Also, this part of the world does NOT have the kind of ADA accommodations we have in the states so it's a very difficult terrain for those with any type of mobility issues

I think it was a great time. I would of liked better food options. Some of it lacked flavor. But overall I think it was good. I had a wonderful time with friends and memories that will last forever.

Great staff. Friendly and helpful. The ship was clean and cared for.

great cruise, great ports of call, great food, great stuff, great experience

This was as heard from fellow passengers to many ports in a row needed a sea day in the middle. You could see and tell people were tired. The cost of the shore excursion and transfers were way out of line. Needed a couple of thousand dollars extra to see all the ports and if not a couple of ports had nothing to see or do. Not worth going into.

The ship is very dated and you can tell it's the C level entertainment staff on board, but the itinerary is worth it. Just plan for your own entertainment onboard and wouldn't really recommend for young families, but it's clean and the food is good and the ports are must see places.

Overall we had a great time. We love Carnival and the itineraries they put together. The entertainment keeps you so youre never bored. The casino has plenty of machines to play. Our only issue was the food could have been better. It is something we look forward to the most and this was a big let down,

I just returned back to the USA from the United Kingdom on the Carnival Pride. The ship broke down shortly roughly one hour from departing Kiel, Germany. GPS coordinates We just broken down somewhere in the Baltic sea. Our last coordinates 54°36.95' N 010° 08' E with a course heading 321° speed 0.1 kts. Carnival Pride attempted to make the repairs at the mentioned coordinates (middle of the Baltic sea) for 24 hours set draft during the evening hours on Tuesday, July 18, 2023. Carnival Pride was set to embark to Sweden (Goteborg). Carnival Pride failed attempts to make repairs. The Germany officials (Kiel) towed the Pride vessel back to Germany. Carnival in a short turn around period managed to shuttle some 1200 passengers from Kiel, Germany back to the UK. Carnival promised to put guest up in hotels and to provide transportation from Stansted London Airport to the hotel closest to get our previous scheduled departure flights. We'll, Carnival dropped the ball on transportation from Stansted London Airport to our hotel (London Heathrow Airport Hotel). This left many frustrating passengers now stuck with making arrangements to get over to the hotel. Keeping this matter in prospective, it is now July 21, 2023 in the early morning hours at Stansted London Airport. My son and I traveled by Uber to the Heathrow Airport Hotel which was a two hours drive. To say the least that the hotel was a "zoo" as many others from the Carnival Pride ship started arriving. Carnival Pride offered the guest many of the perks such as basic free wi-fi, prorated one-day refund, and 25% future cruise credit. Other items Carnival Pride extended other deals such as not adding gratuities from Thursday forward. Gratuities is the subject of discussion for another day. In short, 24 hours before leaving the ship, simply request to have all your gratuities removed from your Sign-n-Sail account. I say all this because from a risk management experience Carnival did a damn fine job addressing the risk assessment while keeping the focus on customer satisfaction. Carnival Pride receives a (F) grade for not keeping to their commitment to transportation from the airport to the hotels.

Getting on and off the ship was surprisingly smooth. We booked a balcony cabin due to our interest in observing the Fjords. However to our disappointment, the arrival to a port of call 100+ miles in the fjord was at 7-8am, so we did not see the fjords in the mornings. Just in the afternoon when leaving the fjords - so we kind of missed half of the experience. The ports of call in the fjords did not have much to offer, so we (and many other passengers we talked to) would have preferred a much later arrival so we could have enjoyed the views of one side of the Fjords in the mornings an the other side in the afternoon. The ship is old however it is in a decent shape, well maintained. Don't expect any super-modem amenities however they do offer internet for a fee. Main dining room water was excellent, the food was very good as well.

Not a high-end experience. Long wait times at the dining room. Service and food was hit or miss.
