Review summary

This was as heard from fellow passengers to many ports in a row needed a sea day in the middle. You could see and tell people were tired. The cost of the shore excursion and transfers were way out of line. Needed a couple of thousand dollars extra to see all the ports and if not a couple of ports had nothing to see or do. Not worth going into.

Embarkation

Best one we ever had.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
If it was not for the deli I would have not ate other than a roll. The “mermaid” the food was lacking. I ate sandwiches twice a day where at home I have one a week. The chicken salad is top notch. Ice tea had sugar and lemon in it, the tea is always just above terrible anyways but a sugar high and not everyone can not have lemon. Breakfast was ok.

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
Shopped, went to the shows no port talks would love to heard about the areas we were visiting. No maps. Really needed maps paper not on phone.

Entertainment

4 out of 5
Was very nice.

Service and Staff

4 out of 5
Our room steward had so many staterooms how can anyone clean rooms that basically look alike over and over. That’s just crazy. But services lacking. The people in the deli are work non stop and so very nice even to nasty people who give 2 different workers their order and both different. Then got mad about it.

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
It was clean but public bathrooms not so much not like before.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Our Stewart did a good job and I really did like the one time cleaning better. Yuli did a good job.the view was good for us.

Ship tip

Better tasting food , soft ice which I love was not very good either, nor was guys hamburgers this time.please credit us for our 7 day cruise on the paradise which we were on twice.

Iced tea is unsweetened on any cruise line I have sailed. One needs to research the ports. The cruise line has to pay an outside company for the excursions. Would you expect Disney World to be included if you stayed at a hotel in Orlando? Lots of food choice any cruise, so I don't know what you are eating at home. Jerry and I always find more than enough.

Why complain about the itinerary. You got what you paid for. As to the tea. I’ve been on 21 cruises and never had sweet tea.

Why did you book it, especially back to back if you thought there would not be enough at sea days. It was not a surprise!!

Had the same cruise scheduled and didn't book any excursions with the cruise line. Booked independently and kept the cost way down. That's your prerogative or you can stay on board if its too intensive.
