Review summary

Pool water was cold. pay for even a bottle of water. the quality of the food was very poor, the entertainment was subpar. Magic act, was horrible, not funny and not entertaining at all. Our room porter was absent all trip, we might see him 2 out 10 days, and only to say good morning. I'm sure he is a very nice person, but he is not in the correct job. you need someone that would go out of the way to make us comfortable, talk to us, make extra effort to make us feel at home. maybe he was new.

nothing to do in Naples proper. the excurtion was ok, our guide was terrible, I loved the Amalfi cost and Pompey. i will probably come back in my own.

to early, not a good waiting area once you leave the ship. you have to be out of the your room at 8:00 am, terrible.

Was there nothing else you could complain about? BTW, it is not your room stewards responsibility to wait on you hand and foot to make you feel better! I think cruising may not for you.

you don't have to pay for orange juice. it's on lido in a machine. standard coffee is too.

You lost me with the wonderful people of Mykonos and the amazing port of Messina, both of which we have enjoyed many times. I've sailed the Pride many times and indeed she's not the very best, but she gets the job done for port intensive itineraries. I find focusing on the positives always makes for an awesome trip.
