Only two hot tubs for the entire ship and the water temperature was luke warm at best. The main hot tub was always filled with teenagers.

Our room steward was very good, however, she did not provide us with in-room robes.

The ship was clean, however, the decor was atrocious and the smoke from the casino permeated into other areas.
Cabin / Stateroom

Size and comfort of cabin was good. However, the division between the two mattresses shoved together was very apparent. Also, the location of the cabin wasn't great. All of the ship's loading and unloading (including passengers during port days) happened directly underneath the stateroom, meaning lots of noise at all hours.
Ship tip
Pick a different cabin than 1231 and don't expect high-end food or service.
We purchased an airport transfer and there was a lack of information regarding what time we had to be off ship and how our luggage would be taken care of (it wasnt)
Carnival is not high end, it's a FUN ship. Your fault on room location. You need to research more. Sorry it was so terrible. Pride is one of our favorite ships.
Always ask for the free mattress topper if you are a sensitive sleeper. Always choose a cabin with cabins above and below. Neither are a Pride ship issue.
