Small, not as expected. Very clean. Cabin steward very helpful. Lock on balcony door kept being blown open

Get over it! First off, you didn't miss the first day, you were on the ship! Why should they reimburse you for parking? You pay by the day for parking! I think you should stick to land based trips from now on!

Carnival doesn’t not reimburse parking expenses. If there was an issue with parking you will need to notify the location where you parked.

You pay for parking by night. Cruise lines do not own parking. You would need to contact Tampa Port Authority for refund.
