We signed up for a "guaranteed ocean view" Our cabin was located on deck one. Very noisy at night. Since the ship was full, they could not change our room. Carnival did compensate us though. We are clearly going to continue cruising with Carnival

I am going on a Carnival cruise next month too, and the one thing I am going to do is take a large cup with me. The cups for Tea or coffee were very small. There is no need to over pack, much of the cruise is casual and comfortable.

Wonderful adult area called Serenity. Liked the towel bars where you used clean towels and returned them after your use.

There were plenty space on the adult deck. Love the idea of an adult pool to get away from the children. Dive in movies was great as well.

Get involved. The cruise is what you make it. Enjoy the room service. The movies at night on the Lido deck are great for a romantic night to cuddle or have a few laughs with friends. The drinks are great from the wait staff that is there to cater to your every need. Enjoy your every minute.

You must book a balcony, listening to others that did not have one made it clear, we had made the right choice.

One level about Lido Deck restaurants there is a whole other deck with tables and they are almost always empty. The fish and chips restaurant is really good as well with very small line. There is also a drink machine there as well.

If you're lost don't worry--so is everyone else! That's what made it even more fun--trying to figure out where we were and then not caring! THAT's a vacation!!!!!!

If you are a grumpy guy you can go to the quiet room and enjoy a book in the library. But if you want feel alive and enjoy life go to lido deck have few drinks and dance as nobody knows you!

If you chose aft (back of ship) cabin, you will be walking everywhere and does swing more in the back. The Fish and Chips is extremely hard to get to from outside! Easiest is to go directly up from the lido buffet, we didn't think it was that great for the trip.

Dining room rumbled when underway due to the massive engines pushing the ship through the water, but was a great time.

If you want decent food I think you will have to pay for it in the extra restaurants. We did not do it...refused to pay more money!
