A Great Cruise! by JanetT4

Sail date: / Traveled as: Singles/Friends
Ship: Carnival Glory / Destination: Caribbean - Western

The ship was excellent and we loved the 3 days at sea as it gave us a chance to relax and enjoy sailing. Extremely smooth sailing even in some fairly choppy seas around Costa Maya. The upgraded bedding was fantastic, thankyou, thankyou, thankyou! What a difference it made!

A great first experince by WillisA

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Carnival Glory / Destination: Caribbean - Western

The Carnival Glory was a great first experience to us with great entertainment and fun for all. We had the a blast from the time we got on the ship til the time we had to disembark. Plenty of fun for all ages, as we had the most fun on the water slide during the day while taking in a little sun on deck, to gambling in the casino, on to dining at the Golden room, and topping it off with entertainment at the Emerald Palace sometimes even hitting up the night clubs on deck five.

A beautiful ship! by VenusS

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Carnival Glory / Destination: Caribbean - Western

We got an outside cabin which was unexpected because I booked for an interior room on 7th deck and higher. But it really turned out right because we enjoyed the view of the ocean. Our room exceeded my expectations. The service in the dining and buffet were great. The shows were very good and also the comedy shows will make you laugh throughout the show. As a past guest, we were invited to a cocktail and we were also given a souvenir bag, t-shirts & key chains.

A good cruise by JoeP7

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Carnival Glory / Destination: Caribbean - Western

Overall, it was a good cruise. The ports of call (Key West, Belize, Costa Maya) were new to us, so we enjoyed them and the activities there. The Glory itself was massive and there was plenty to do and we enjoyed most of it. The biggest drawbacks were the singing/dancing routines at every dinner (sometimes before we were served), the constant slamming of doors, shaking my room...and the inability to find a decent cup of coffee on the boat.

Absolutely Wonderful Vacation!! by AliciaB3

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Carnival Glory / Destination: Caribbean - Western

This was our first cruise and unsure of what to expect, both my husband and I were sceptical however we left very satisfied with the entire experience and most definitely plan on going on another one! The ship was beautiful and the staff made the vacation feel like a second home. They went over and above to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The amount and variety of food was astonishing, as well as the variety of activites to do. The only thing I was not impressed with was the amount of time we had at each port, and getting on and off the boat was a little unorganized.

We got what we paid for.... by WendyL2

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (young children)
Ship: Carnival Glory / Destination: Caribbean - Western

We got what we paid for on this cruise. The cost was great compared to other cruises we've been on and now we know why. The ship was nicely decorated but ship's layout was very choppy and hard to learn your way around. The food overall was okay, but the desserts were not very good from the dining room. The activities on-board did not have a good variety.

Carnival was a by LeslieH2

Sail date: / Traveled as: Large Group

I will never cruise on Carnival again--I much prefer Royal Carribean. The amount of Money is great to most people and the service should be comparable. All 21 of us were dissappointed.

"Let Down Cruise" by AmyH487248417

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (older children)
Ship: Carnival Glory / Destination: Caribbean - Eastern

This Ship was not user friendly. The layout made it difficult to get around. The staterooms were much smaller than expected. The service on the boat was poor at best. The food was even worse. The portions thank goodness were tiny so at least not a lot of waste. My children are 12 and 14 and have cruised twice before and actually cried when having to get off of another cruise line ship(that treated you like royalty) but were bored on this ship. The dining experience was a joke. The nightlife was fair. Overall I would not recommend this ship.

Glory W. Carib by TedM2

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (older children)
Ship: Carnival Glory / Destination: Caribbean - Western

Glory is newer than the Pride, which we sailed 2 years ago, tho I liked the interior decorations of the Pride; it's more tasteful. Best thing about the Pride was its cruise director and big band orchestra.

magnificent cruise by BrendaW13

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Carnival Glory / Destination: Caribbean - Western

The ship was very nice - clean and pleasant. The Glory is larger than other ships we have cruised and we were afraid we would not like it as much but tnere was no way we were disappointed. Service on board was excellent.

We all had a wonderful time - the kids did their thing and we did ours. The ship was beautiful - we were finding rooms the last day we didn't even know were there. The staff were entertaining and helpful.

Just another great cruise by VickiS

This is a great way to experience the Bahama's along with St. Thomas and St. Maarten. Usually, these are two separate cruises.

good ports by LauraC15

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Carnival Glory / Destination: Caribbean - Eastern

This was my 5th cruise. I did not like the ship, I really liked St Martin. I will make sure that next time I go a smaller cruise ship. I didnt like the decor of ship. My shower kept stopping up and if you have ever been on a cruise, you know where the water goes.
