Review summary

This Ship was not user friendly. The layout made it difficult to get around. The staterooms were much smaller than expected. The service on the boat was poor at best. The food was even worse. The portions thank goodness were tiny so at least not a lot of waste. My children are 12 and 14 and have cruised twice before and actually cried when having to get off of another cruise line ship(that treated you like royalty) but were bored on this ship. The dining experience was a joke. The nightlife was fair. Overall I would not recommend this ship.

Food and Dining

Food quality was poor. You felt like you were getting leftovers each night and the portions were were tiny. The staff were not accomodating and one night we had to smelll and look at throwup from the table behind us. The matre'd even almost stepped in it and still had no one clean it up. Oh and coffee after dinner that was impossible to get or to be asked if you would like any. We had a group of 21 with 4 that somehow did not get connected so you can imagine how that must have been. BIG dissappoitment

Just not friendly or accomodating.

Ship Quality

Twice I went to the restrooms where there was no toilet paper in any stalls and no soap in dispensers. We could smell sewage every day down our hallway. The rooms must have been paperthin because when someone was awake on your floor you knew it. The access to areas was poor.

Cabin / Stateroom

The room was smaller than expected. The stateroom person was never seen nor introduced. The beach towels are a charge of 22.00 if not returned at end of week. Twice I received less amount of towels from my stateroom attendant after they were cleaned. The beds were comfortable.
