Very nice. Comfortable. Quiet. Fun. Clean. Not crowded.

The pool was very small to accomadate over 3,000 people! The \"all-inclusive\" is very misleading, this should include things like B-I-N-G-O, if I chose to play. After a patron has paid so much (for the trip), there should be \"on-board\" benefits, such as money added to the account.

It was our honeymoon, we had just got married July 21, 2012, a day befroeour cruise on the 22nd. I would havethought we would have a something special t honor such as special occasion, but we didn,t get nothing. We ha other cruise members on ship tha greeted us much beter than the ones who work on the ship. When we went to the Cayman Islands, the bathroom had no lights there and I didn,t feel safe or comfortable having to use it. Later they tell us sorry and stte they didn,t know ahead of time that some of their lights were out at certain places. I did really have the ms fun in Jaimaica and on the excursion we booked. However, overall it was still good, just some god points and some bad points about the cruise experience. I just thought it would have been better for me.

Well maintained ship, although decor is a bit much. All staff were polite and eager to please passengers.

The ship has many activities for kids of all ages. Our ship experienced an engine problem. They claimed it didn't affect our safety, but they changed our port from Ocho's Rios to Cozumel. We had deliberately avoided Mexico when booking, so this was a disappointment. In addition, I found a hair in my food 4 times. Apparently hair nets are optional for the crew. On our last night, I arrived at the computer room 20 minutes before they closed to confirm my air tickets, etc. The staff tossed me out saying I didn't have enough time and then scolded me for not reading the hours on the daily schedule. Oh yeah....it was there, in the smallest print possible. Even so, 20 minutes was more than enough time. Yet he yelled at me to get out. I complained and was told there was no one to complain to on the ship. I could call the general 800 # for Carnival. Well, you know that won't help. I will not be traveling on another Carnival cruise ship.

Ship was clean, workers friendly, food good, not enough activities music too loud at poolside, enjoyed watching movies.

Everything was excellent.

Very peaceful and inviting atmosphere on the ship. The only problem was that one of the generator's on the ship broke down. They were unable to repair it and we were unable to visit Jamaica. We visited Cozumel instead - closer and would allow us to arrive back home in time for passenger flights. It was handled well. All of our excursion expenses were credited to our accounts immediately. Every passenger was given a $50.00 credit as well.

There was obvious signs of wear, and cutbacks in food were very disappointing! Tgere was no one in a lot of the common areas and bars. Dining room service was very slow. Rust apparant all over the ship. This was our 6 th cruise, 3rd with carnival...we won't be sailing carnival again!

too dark. Pool was small not enough room. We felt the attractions scheduled on the ship were better suited for the early diners. We missed a lot.

ship shook and rattled, my kids were placed in a handicapped room that had no cabin space, my daughters room vibrated, my room was under the patio, and constantly heard the movement of chairs. The boat rolls with only the slightest of seas. The entertainment is very poor, two of the nights were talent shows.

The ship was impressive. The ship was clean, just seemed a little outdated. Maybe that's the way all ships are. This was our first cruise in 21 years.

This is our first so im reserving the \"the best\" rating for the future. But this trip was good, it was party from the very start. Once you board the ship you'll be in party mode! The dining crews were friendly and good. Kudos to Alexander's group, Joseph's group and I Made's group. Awesome and great service guys.

The ship is a beautiful design, the staff was excellent wanted to make you happy.

The Freedom staff worked really hard to make you feel at home. We were greeted by our first names by all the staff members and constantly asked if there was anything they could do to maximize our enjoyment. There was something for everyone to do. For those that lead a very active life to those that are less active. I saw people with disabilities (wheelchair bound) throughout the ship enjoying themselves also. It was structured and ran very well

In a short words, my family an I we were really impressed of all the logistics involved in a cruise to make sure that each individual person can have a personalized attention; one of the things that we were impressed is that the waiters and people responsible of the room's cleaning they were very smart and sharp to recognize each one and call everyone by their first name, which tells a lot about how personalize Carnival and theirs crews are working. We enjoyed all the different shows, music, food, pools, mini golf and the photo gallery.

great ship. attentive staff, great food

The whole experience went way beyond my expectations. It was just a blast!

There really is NO SMOKING in the cigar bar (unlike the Valor), silly but true - a BIG minus for me! The dining and shows were amazing, but there is NOTHING to do after that - book and bed. NO ICE nor ice bucket in staterooms (but drinks and mixers in the fridge), why no ice available, not even an ice machine in the hall?
