loved the food and our wait staff. Liberto and his helpers were excellant. They knew what we wanted to drink and remembered our names the first day

The room was never dirty\, beds turned down and never ran out of anything.. Remembered our names and always pleasant

Pros: Not having to worry about anything

Cons: We lost a generator and had to go to Cozumel instead of Ochos Rios...
